Mid-century bookcase by Drexel Furniture. This walnut piece, originally designed by Kipp Stewart and Stewart MacDougall, has been retrofitted as a bookshelf. Made from warm walnut wood. The upper half features four glass-front doors with walnut framing. The right-hand door of each compartment has the original white porcelain knobs. The two upper sections have adjustable or removable shelving. The lower section is an open compartment with gorgeous woodgrain. The bottom is large enough to house records. The piece sits atop a walnut base and four tapered legs. This piece is perfect as a bar, bookshelf, record storage, or for your pottery collection. In overall great vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
