Mid-century three bay wall unit designed by Jack Cartwright for Founders, circa 1960s. This unit is made from walnut wood with cane accents and chrome supports. An incredible mix of materials that wonderfully showcases American mid-century design. This piece is sturdy and can be placed against the wall or float in a room due to its finished back.
This three bay unit features five cabinets with cane front double doors, two large cases with drawers, and one small case with a singular drawer (pictured bottom-right atop cane cabinet). Each case and cabinet is modular, therefore you can adjust them to your liking. All door pulls and drawer handles are original and visually tie the piece into the supports. The chrome pulls and supports accent the dark walnut wood extremely well and give this piece a modern edge. Not only a stunning showstopper of a piece, but allows for practical storage potential. Extremely well made and in overall fantastic vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
