Mid-century Danish set of six dining chairs designed by Johannes Andersen. Crafted from sculpted teak wood. The teak frames are sturdy, streamlined, and create a fantastic side profile. The frame features soft curves and tapered ends showcasing Danish craftsmanship.
The high-back has a slight curvature creating a supportive and comfortable seated position. The backrest and seat rest have newly been reupholstered in new foam and new black vinyl. The vinyl continues with the modern and streamlined aesthetic while being a durable option. This set would work well with any shape or style table. In overall good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
