Vintage Pair of Le Corbusier LC1 Lounge Chairs
Vintage pair of Lc1 lounge chairs designed by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand. The three celebrated architects were known for reimagining industrial materials to create modern home objects. This pair features a chrome frame with fantastic details such as the pointed end caps. Rich terracotta leather wraps the chrome frame which is comfortable, durable, and aesthetically provides warmth against the chrome. The backrest of the chairs swivel to create your perfect seated position. In overall good vintage condition. No major wear or rips to the leather. The chrome does have a bit of patina consistent with age and use.
