Mid-Century Coffee Table by Henry Walter Klein for Bramin

$2,295.00

Mid-Century rosewood and glass rolling coffee table. Designed by Henry Walter Klein for Bramin Møbler, Denmark. This square coffee table offers all you could ever want. Striking and vibrant rosewood, candidly our favorite wood species, creates the base of the table. The sides of the coffee table have a curved, almost wave-like shape. They feature a concave curve at the bottom, which gently transitions into a convex curve as it approaches the glass top, creating a dynamic and fluid appearance. Add decor books and other smalls underneath the glass for extra design points and dimension.

The corners of the coffee table hold the glass top in place snugly. This creates quite the illusion of the glass top floating. The glass top is a great addition to the table as it does not cover any of the rich wood grain. This table rests on the original caster wheels. Wheels are white with chrome spherical accents. The chrome pops against the wood grain and the wheels are perfect for practicality. In overall good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use. We’ve lightly restored this item but there are still some faint scratches on the glass typical of use and depending on direct lighting are not very noticeable.

Dimensions:

27.5” W x 27.5” D x 12.5” H
