Keel & Company does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on purchases made through the website or in store. Vintage furniture and one-of-a-kind pieces are sold as described.

Please review photos, dimensions, and the item description carefully, and visit the shop or contact us with questions before you buy.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at keelandcompany@gmail.com or (919) 333-1599 with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the shipper on a claim. This is not a change-of-mind return.
