Shipping Policy

Keel & Company ships and delivers within the United States. You can choose local delivery, nationwide shipping, or pickup at checkout.

Local delivery
We offer free local delivery and first-floor in-home placement within a 30-mile radius of our storefront at 111 Old Williamson Road, Raleigh, NC 27603. If the delivery location is within that radius, select the free local shipping option at checkout.

Items that must be moved to a second floor or beyond are subject to a delivery charge. Please tell us about stairs, elevators, or tight access before delivery.

Local delivery typically takes place within 3–14 days of purchase, depending on availability. After you order, we will contact you to schedule.

Nationwide shipping
We ship outside our local radius within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout. Delivery timelines outside our local range depend on the destination. If you need an item on short notice, contact us before purchasing.

Pickup
You may pick up an item at our storefront, or arrange for a shipper of your choosing to pick it up. Select pickup at checkout. Items must be picked up within 30 days of purchase unless we agree to an extension in writing. Merchandise not picked up or scheduled for delivery after 30 days is nonrefundable and may be returned to stock or charged a daily storage fee.
