Mid-Century Model No. 89 Dining Chairs by Erik Buch - Set of Six

$3,200.00

Mid-century set of six model no. 89 dining chairs designed by Erik Buch, circa 1960s. All six side chairs have dark wooden frames that contrast nicely with the neutral fabric. The frames are beautifully sculpted with curved joinery and tapered legs.

This set has a high-back design which provides great back support when seated. The backrests are slightly curved with an open space creating a “floating” effect.

The upholstery is original with a tweed-style texture. Neutral in coloration with tinges of color such as orange. There are no rips or tears present in the fabric, however, there are some minor spots of discoloration. Ready to be used as is with the original upholstery or would be a great candidate for reupholstery in your choice of fabric.

In overall great vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use. A great option if you are looking for a set of six without armchairs.

Dimensions:

19” W x 20” D x 31.5” H

Seat Height: 18” H
