Mid-century ‘Fortino’ high back armchair designed by Yngve Ekström for Swedese. This Swedish design features a connected bentwood beech wood frame. The frame is the most impressive from the side profile to see the slight curvature of the legs and rounded armrests. The chair with its high back is extremely comfortable. A minimal, but wonderfully designed lounge. This piece features the original neutral tweed upholstery unaltered. The condition of the fabric does have wear.
