A mix of the old world and new age technique. Highly sculpted styled design made from stoneware, underglaze painted on leather hard clay and clear glaze high fired to cone six. The piece is off white in color with black contrasting coloration. The black further defines the feminine facial structure and pops against the neutral tone while making it easily visible from afar.
