Mid-century expanding dining table, made in Denmark. Crafted from teak wood with excellent wood grain and a lovely border.
Without the leaf expansion the table is a perfect circle. This table offers internal leaf storage for convenience and easy storage. The leaf is a ‘butterfly’ leaf which is on hinges and folds. Once fully expanded, the table transitions into an oval shape. Supported by tall wooden teak legs.
In overall good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use. There is one area of finish loss as pictured and the leaf has a minor dent. Structurally sound and a great addition for smaller spaces.
