Mid-century lounge chair crafted from sculpted wood with vibrant green velvet cushions. Made in Mallorca, Spain — designer unknown. This lounge is an absolute stunner showcasing incredible craftsmanship.
The walnut frame features tall tapered legs that connect to the armrests. The armrests give this lounge that show stopping quality. The front and back end of the armrests are rounded with a fin shape. The inside of the armrests taper to a fine edge. The armrests cradle the arm nicely. The back of the lounge features a dowel slatted back design allowing the fabric to be seen and pop from the back.
We have newly reupholstered this lounge with new foam and fabric. The fabric we choose in a deep green velvet from Holly Hunt. The green is rich and has a little sheen giving the cushions depth. We tufted the cushions with buttons for true mid-century stylings. In overall great vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
